Olha Omelchenko – scientist, lawyer. More than 8 years of experience in the field of jurisprudence. In 2021 she defended the dissertation on the subject "Legal regulation of biobanks: civil law aspect" in Scientific Research Institute of Intellectual Property of National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine and obtained the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of law. A graduate of the Kyiv School of Democracy of the Eastern European Center for Multiparty Democracy.

Oksana Pokalchuk is a highly experienced Ukrainian lawyer and human rights defender who has been advocating for human rights for over 15 years.

    ● She was the head of the Ukrainian office of Amnesty International from 2015 to 2022. ● Oksana has extensive experience in human rights, having worked at the European Court of Human Rights. ● In addition, she is a board member of KyivPride, a member of the Forum 2000 Program Council, and an adviser at IPHR. ● Oksana's expertise includes human rights, women's rights and LGBTQI+, anti-discrimination, war crimes, and freedom of speech. ● She is also an exceptional manager and executive.

    ● She has experience in human rights protection, development and support of legislative initiatives for members of Parliament, the Cabinet of Ministers, and central executive bodies as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Public Association "All-Ukrainian Partnership for Road Safety" and an expert of the Public Organization "Coordinate" - a platform for legislative and strategic analysis. ● She is the author of over 200 scientific works and a supervisor of dissertation research for degree seekers. ● Nino's expertise includes: human rights, economic law, economic analysis of law, law of the digital economy, legal regulation of artificial intelligence, legal regulation of public and defense procurement, insurance law, legal regulation of financial services in Ukraine and the EU, legal regulation of consulting activities, legal business consulting, and life and health insurance for clinical trial patients (volunteers).

Elena Brodeala

Elena Brodeala is a feminist legal scholar working on questions of gender and LGBT+ equality in Central and Eastern Europe, and before the European Court of Human Rights.

    ● She is also a passionate teacher, currently teaching courses on gender, family diversity and international law at Sciences Po in France. ● Elena holds a PhD in Law from the European University Institute in Florence, Italy where she wrote a thesis on gender and the law in her native Romania. ● She is also an alumna of Yale Law School. Between 2018-2020, she was awarded a Robina Fellowship of Yale Law School to work at the European Court of Human Rights and at the Council of Europe’s Information Society Department in Strasbourg, France. ● Furthermore, Elena has meaningful experience of working with civil society to promote gender equality and empower youth.

She is transferring her qualification to be admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales.● As a Researcher Olena`s current focus is on the Governance of Genetic Data in International Context. She is a Visiting researcher at University College London.● Her PhD thesis on Health data protection in Ukraine was completed under the supervision of Dr Oksana Kashyntseva in 2018. Olena is also fascinated by avenues and approaches used by different law systems, inter alia, civil and common law. She researched the same at V.K. Mamutov Institute of Economic and Legal Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine from 2019 to 2021. ● Olena has expertise in diplomatic relations and protocol.

Viktoriya Gurash

Viktoriya Gurash is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Zurich, where she works at a research project on human rights and climate change.

    ● She holds LL.M. in Public International Law from Leiden University (the Netherlands). She also holds PhD in labour law from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. ● Viktoriya has experience as a law clerk for a Ukrainian Supreme Court Judge in Kyiv and as a lawyer for the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Ukrainian Parliament. From 2017 until 2021, she was a case-processing lawyer at the European Court of Human Rights.
